A written read, not a sales script
The useful output is whether the channel has a job, whether the videos match that job, and what to change first. If the honest answer is 'not yet,' we will say so.
Channel audit
We don't start with a retainer. We start by reading the channel the way we read our own — positioning, content, packaging, and where growth is actually stuck.
The useful output is whether the channel has a job, whether the videos match that job, and what to change first. If the honest answer is 'not yet,' we will say so.
The same kinds of questions we ask on channels we operate: who it is for, whether the first 30 seconds hold, whether titles and thumbnails agree with the cut, and whether publishing is a system or a mood.
Sometimes the next step is one video. Sometimes it is channel management. Sometimes it is a monthly growth plan. The audit exists to recommend the starting point that fits — not to force the most expensive one.
Questions
The starting conversation is a free channel audit. If you need a scoped strategic review as a standalone deliverable, that is listed as a one-off starting at $150.
An existing URL helps. If you have talks, a podcast, or product footage and no channel yet, send that instead — a content test may be the better first step.
